LSAT Syllabus 2018: (Law School Admission Test Syllabus)

This LSAT test is necessary for the law school admission in countries like United State, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and etc. Millions of school in the USA accepts LSAT for admission to undergraduate and graduate course of law. The eligibility requirements for LSAT exam is 10+2 degree for gaining admission to 5 years integrated LLB programme, and graduate degree in any stream with 50% aggregate for taking admission to LLB and the integrated LLB-LLM programs. Analytical Reasoning:

The analytical reasoning section measures the candidates’ ability to understand a structure of relationship and draw the logical conclusion from it. This section contains total 35 minutes to give answers to 25 multiple-choice questions. These questions reflect the kinds of complex analyses that law students will have to perform during the course of law study program at law school abroad. Students are asked to deduce conclusions from a set of rules or principles describe the relationship among the persons, events or things.

Logical Reasoning:

The logical reasoning section is dived into 2 parts: 1st part which contains 25 questions solved by students in limited time 35 minutes and the 2nd part that also contains 25 questions will be completed in 35 minutes. These questions test the students’ ability to analyze and evaluate the complete arguments. In this section, the students have to read or comprehend a short passage and then answer a question about it. These questions check the students’ skills that include thinking critically with an emphasis that is essential for legal reasoning. It includes drawing well-supported conclusions, analogy reasoning, apply principles or rules, and identify flaws in arguments.

Reading Comprehension:

The reading comprehension section contains various questions such as paragraph and passive comprehension that evaluates the candidates’ ability to read, with understanding and imminent. It consists of four sets of reading questions, each consist of reading material that measures the reading and reasoning abilities of students. There are 25 multiple-choice questions are asked based on reading comprehension in this section and the students are given only 35 minutes to finish this section of LSAT Test.
